We’ve been in the online fashion retail business for many years where we have also provided customised outfits to our customers. After having delivered countless such orders through our sister-sites, we created Cut & Stitch as an online stitching service that will exclusively take care of all your tailoring needs. Unlike the conventional tailoring shops, on Cut & Stitch you have the advantage of having a team of designers, stylists and skilled craftspeople ensuring your outfit is stitched to specification - and perfection!


3. What type of outfits can Cut & Stitch stitch?

We specialise in Indian ethnicwear, making us the ideal place for stitching Kurtis, Anarkali Suits, Salwar Kameez, Saree Blouses and Ethnic Bottomwear. When it comes to patterns and styles, you can choose from our wide selection of designs - both traditional and modern - to create an outfit that you will love.


4. Will you send a tailor to my place to take measurements?

No. Just pack one perfectly-fitting garment along with your dress material. Using that as our measurement guide, we will stitch the new outfit to fit you just as perfectly.


5. How should I submit the measurements?

You just need to send us one perfectly-fitting garment along with your dress material. We will use that as a reference for measurements. Additionally, you can mention specifics that need to be customised to our design team.


6. What are the charges for stitching?

Stitching charges vary depending on the outfit, and the style, you’ve chosen. Our charges are specified against each category and styles.


7. Do you charge for pick-up and delivery?

Great news, pick-up and delivery service are free of charge!


8. Will my fabric and dress material be safe during this process?

You can pack the dress material and measurement garment in a secure way, before handing it over to our pick-up service. Else you can request for a packaging kit from us, which will be available at an additional cost. We will ensure your fabric and garment is taken care of, and handed back in good condition.


9. What if I need alteration for the stitched dress?

Just like your measurement garment, the stitched dress should fit you perfectly. However, if adjustments are needed, we will do them for free. However, pick-up and delivery charges will be applicable.


10. Is Service Tax Applicable?

Yes, service tax will be applied to your order in keeping with the Government rules and regulations.
